Bookkeeping is our passion. We have over 16 years of experience, a heart of service, and a desire to see businesses succeed.

We provide bookkeeping services for sole-proprietors and corporations. We focus on analyzing, recording and reporting financial transactions. That enables owners and businesses to make key operating, investing, and financial decisions, while being compliant with regulations from government and regulatory bodies. We prepare and file government remittances (HST, source deductions also known as payroll taxes, EHT and provincial taxes) as well as WSIB and other government programs when available.

Our proactive and holistic approach watches over your business, keeping your numbers up to date, and ensure disbursing and accounting for funds are received in a timely manner. We help you stay on top of government filings and payments, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. We are more than consultants, we are part of your team and share the same goals as you do, and what we really want is to see you and your business succeed.

We take the time to understand your tax needs. We provide knowledgeable and professional services to give you peace of mind.

As registered tax preparers, we can retrieve all your tax documents from the CRA system to ensure accuracy. We offer year-round support for our clients and their tax needs.

- 2 to 4 bank and credit accounts
- Quarterly bookkeeper review meeting
- Quarterly HST filing
- Email and telephone support
- Email response time (within 24hrs or same day)
- Payroll & source deductions remittances
Altitude Package
Meant for businesses with higher volume transactions and day to day needs
$1500 and up
- QuickBooks online setup or cleanup. Software fee is additional ($25 to $65 depending on selected package)
- 250-500 transactions/month
- 5+ credit cards and bank accounts
- Monthly/Quarterly bookkeeper review meeting
- Monthly/Quarterly HST filing

Additional Services: SOP creation & implementation / Accounting software conversions / Bookkeeping audit (we audit your bookkeeping processes and provide recommendations to revamp your internal controls).
