Claudia Aguilar-Quiroga
CEO AND FOUNDER
Claudia, recognized as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB), is knowledgeable, committed and resourceful.
With 16 years of bookkeeping experience, Claudia noticed a lack of accounting procedures and bookkeeping practices in the industry and decided to make her knowledge and expertise available to benefit individuals and businesses.
Now being the CEO and Founder of her own company, Claudia is fully committed in helping her clients succeed while improving their bookkeeping practices and accounting systems to their full capacity.
Claudia and her family are active leaders of their church, working with indigenous communities and vulnerable groups.
When she is not found at her desk or serving others, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family watching movies based on real life events, going for walks and enjoying nature.
Andres Quiroga
TEAM LEADER
Andres graduated from Humber College in Business Accounting and joined Claudia as a Team Leader of CAQ Services Canada Inc. in 2020 after working as a bookkeeper and managing clients since 2017. He is a compliment to the business and helps lead the overall operation, ensuring the business runs smoothly.
Andres believes there is a greater purpose behind the work we do at CAQ Services. Andres goes above and beyond for his team and clients - he strives to do his best by being resourceful and persistent.
Outside of work, his hobbies are camping and hiking with his family. He is a lover of nature and enjoys spending time in provincial parks and conservation areas.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
With 28 years of administrative experience, Olga is hard working, responsible and loves to learn new things. She is committed to doing her job with excellence, always giving the best of herself. Outside of work, Olga loves to spend time with her family and enjoys going for walks.

BOOKKEEPER ASSOCIATE / CLIENT CARE
Jorge graduated from Humber College in Business Accounting as a second career after several years of customer service experience. He prides himself on being well-organized and is known for his positive attitude and passion to help his clients. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys playing and watching sports.

Liliana Diaz Rodriguez
BOOKKEEPER ASSOCIATE
Liliana comes to CAQ Services with 20 years experience as a Certified Accountant in Colombia, South America. She is dynamic, responsible and absolutely loves her work. She is fully committed to helping her team and her clients succeed. Outside of work, Liliana likes to walk and listen to music.
